So, how exciting is this? Firstly, we as Lincolnshire Authors have been invited by the Skegness Embassy Theatre, to read, record and/or produce an excerpt from our latest book for World Book Day on March 4th 2021. 

One Author will be featured on the hour every hour from 09:00. We have already received several excerpts and still have room for a few more. So if you are interested, don’t leave it too late as the production team are busy putting this together:

The Skegness Embassy Theatre are looking to present something for everyone on World Book Day March 4th 2021.

Lincolnshire Authors have been invited to participate.

Children’s fiction. Adult fiction from romance and fantasy to thrillers and non-fiction. Plays and drama readings.

Broadcast slots will go-live across multiple social media platforms. (Any pre-recorded junior content will go into locally participating schools).

• Title of your latest publication; 
• Length of excerpt you will be reading (in minutes.)
• Source of purchase (i.e. amazon/website etc.)
• Whether you would prefer to pre-record and send your submission in or attend the Theatre to broadcast live on the day.

Due to air timings, these places are limited. If you are interested, just send us a recorded excerpt of your latest published book.

We have plans for many more online events like these. At every Book Fair, we will encourage the media to get involved. Buyers from booksellers, such as local Waterstones, major bookshops and library managers will also be invited individually.
